Pack 399 is proud to have earned the Centennial Quality Unit Award for 2009. The Centennial Quality Unit Award recognizes outstanding packs that conduct a quality program for their youth on an annual basis.

The goal of the Quality Unit program is "to improve the QUALITY of program in every unit in America." Improved quality of program is accomplished through improved and increased leader training, improved youth recruitment and retention, improved parent participation, improved youth advancement, improved outdoor program participation, and improved annual program planning.
