Youth Protection Training |

 Effective June 1, 2010, Youth Protection training is required for all BSA registered volunteers, regardless of their position. This training must be taken every two years. If a volunteer's Youth Protection training record is not current at the time of recharter, the volunteer will not be reregistered.

Pack 399 is proud to have once again earned the Centennial Quality Unit Award. The Centennial Quality Unit Award recognizes outstanding packs that conduct a quality program for their youth on an annual basis.
The goal of the Quality Unit program is "to improve the QUALITY of program in every unit in America." Improved quality of program is accomplished through improved and increased leader training, improved youth recruitment and retention, improved parent participation, improved youth advancement, improved outdoor program participation, and improved annual program planning.
